Successful test of management system of rig Uralmash 3D have been conducted in previously installed diesel power units with motor VolvoPenta TAD1242VE.
During the test control system has been successfully checked even load distribution between the diesel drive units when working with pump UNB 600, during drilling.
During the test thermal load engine operating conditions were significantly improved. That's positively influenced working performance of drilling rig. These results were confirmed with act of operating organization.
The new control system is based on the basis of the TI-05 controller was designed specially for harsh environments. The equipment supplied allow to adapt work of all modern diesel engines for use on the rig "Uralmash".
